Alison Green
Executive coach
I'm an experienced executive coach working globally with senior leaders and professionals navigating significant moments of transition, complexity and change.
I combine over a decade of executive coaching with senior executive and Board experience. Before becoming a coach, I held senior marketing, digital and brand leadership roles with AXA and other global organisations, with responsibility for growth, transformation, innovation, M&A integration, reputation and culture.
Earlier in my career I held international roles within WPP and Saatchi & Saatchi group agencies, working with some of the world's leading brands including Singapore Airlines, BP, Honda and Visa. I have also served as a Non-Executive Director of a UK plc and Chair of its ESG Committee.
That experience shapes how I coach. I understand the realities of organisational life as well as the personal experience of navigating change in your career.
I provide a trusted and confidential space for reflection, challenge and sense-making. My style is warm, perceptive and appropriately challenging. I listen deeply and have a particular ability to get to the heart of an issue, helping clients see situations — and sometimes themselves — differently.
Alongside my own coaching practice, I'm an Associate Coach at Hult Ashridge Executive Education and a Director of WOMBA, an evidence-based coaching and advisory practice specialising in the transition to working parenthood. I also provide coaching on a voluntary basis for Smart Works.
