Space to think.
Clarity to move forward.
Executive coaching for pivotal moments in your working life.
Our working lives rarely follow a straight line. There are moments when we step into greater responsibility, navigate significant change, question our direction or return after time away.
Having the right space to think can make all the difference.
I work globally with senior leaders, executives and professionals, providing a trusted and confidential space for reflection, challenge and sense-making.
Clarity | Perspective | Confidence
“One of the best investments I’ve made. I cannot recommend Alison highly enough.”

How I can help
Leadership & Executive coaching
You may be stepping into a C-suite or senior leadership role, taking on greater responsibility or leading through significant organisational change. Or you may simply value having an independent sounding board — a confidential space to think openly, make sense of complexity, challenge your assumptions and gain perspective on how you want to lead. I combine over a decade of executive coaching with my own senior executive and Board experience. My style is warm, perceptive and challenging, with a particular ability to get to the heart of an issue.
“Alison’s coaching was important to me as I stepped up to CEO, helping me build on my leadership skills and hit the ground running. She is a great sounding board and helps you to grow by developing new perspectives; she gives you the space to explore and decide how you want to lead.” CEO, Energy Saving Trust
Career coaching
Sometimes you know something needs to change but aren't yet clear what that change should be. You may have reached a plateau, be questioning your current direction, considering a career move or trying to work out what you want from the next stage of your working life. Coaching gives you the space to step back, understand what matters to you, recognise what may be holding you back and make considered choices about what you want to do next.
“Alison helped me finally achieve promotion to Partner. I had reached a plateau and was struggling to make the next step up. Alison’s perceptive listening gave me the space to work out what I needed to do and the tools to make things happen.”Partner, Cripps
Returning to work
Returning to work after time away can be more daunting than we expect. Whether you've taken time out for family, caring responsibilities, health or another reason, you may find that your confidence, priorities or sense of professional identity have changed. Coaching provides the space to reconnect with your strengths, think about what you want from this next stage and approach your return with greater clarity and confidence.
“After returning from maternity leave to a new leadership role, Alison was quick to build trust and rapport. She became a solid sounding board, helping me work through personal and leadership challenges. I’ve been able to tackle challenges with a new perspective and confidence.” Executive Leader, AND Digital
One-to-one coaching
Every coaching relationship is different. We'll start with a no-obligation introductory conversation to explore where you are, what you would like to change and whether working together feels right. If we decide to work together, we'll agree a coaching programme around you and what you want to achieve. I coach virtually with clients globally and face-to-face by arrangement in London and the South East.

Sometimes you don't need a longer programme. A few focused coaching sessions can provide the space to explore a particular issue, decision or challenge.
